3. Where can I find information about prices and delivery times?

We'll be glad to send you a price list upon request. Your authorised Hase dealer will be glad to give you a complete quote including delivery, flue pipes, and installation. Your authorised dealer can also inform you about the current delivery times.

4. Where can I find the dimensions and combustion values?

You can download a data sheet containing all the dimensions in detail and the combustion values in the Technical Data section.

5. How do I order replacement parts?

Your Hase stove comes with a long-term parts availability guarantee for replacement parts. Please order replacement parts from your authorised dealer, he or she will also be glad to provide you with information about prices and delivery times.

6.What is a direct vent stove?

When a stove is installed, a tightly sealed building can prevent an adequate supply of air to the stove. To ensure a sufficient supply of combustion air, a separate air supply duct is guided from the outside and into the fire box of the stove. There are 2 categories of direct vent stoves: stoves with an external combustion air connection and certified vent stoves.

7. Do stoves need a particulate matter air filter?

Stoves with clean combustion processes do not need particulate matter air filters. All Hase stoves meet the planned standards for low particulate matter and CO values, and thus do not require an additional fine particulate air filter.
